International Shipping Policy

The prices shown on our website INCLUDE the 20% VAT and will be adjusted depending on your location and your country's tax regulations at checkout.

VAT in EU 

Mamie and Florrie is now signed up for IOSS (Import one-stop shop) in the EU, collecting and remitting import VAT on your behalf. VAT on IOSS orders under £135 will be paid by Mamie and Florrie.
Orders over £135 will incur import duty and handling charges to be paid by the buyer on entry into the destination country.  All rates and charges are based on the practices/policies of your own countries authorities.

Customers outside the UK and the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees on your purchase once it arrives in the destination country. Please note we all orders are declared as Sale of Goods and will not be marked as Gifts.

Shipping to Northern Ireland
Deliveries to Northern Ireland will be sent with tracked Royal Mail. Orders will not be subject to import duties and additional fees on arrival.

Shipping to USA

From 1st September 2025, we’re introducing a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service to make shipping to the USA simpler. Any customs duties and tariffs — set by the US government — will be calculated at checkout and shown on your invoice to ensure a quicker and easier journey through customs.
