Merino singles are a great yarn for knitting and crocheting shawls due to the soft, light and draping quality of the yarn. Works brilliantly with mohair either held double or knit one strand at a time as in the Holey Chevrons shawl by Stephen West, see image below.

Please note all of these skeins are hand dyed therefore are unique. If you are using more than one skein in your project I recommend you alternate skeins regularly in your work.
