Terms and Conditions
We aim to despatch your order within three working days of it being placed. Please note that on occasion this may not be possible should we be attending a Trade Show or Annual Leave - please take notes of web messages at this time.
Please note we are not responsible for delays in postage once your parcel has been sent, we will notify you as soon as your parcel has been despatched.
We do accept returns. Please contact me within three days of receipt via email or letter and return within 14 days.
We will not refund or exchange skeins which have been wound. All items must be returned in an unused and perfect condition. We will reserve the right to refuse refund if the goods have been damaged, soiled and uncared for. We will not refund the cost of postage back to us.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of returns. We are not liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit therefore we recommend you send returns via are recorded delivery service and insure the items for their value.
Refunds will be processed on receipt of the return, please allow up to 5 working days for your payment provider to complete the transaction.
Sale items are non returnable.
We will not accept returns on commission pieces and I will not start work on a commission until we are mutually happy with your request and full payment has been made.
Discounts codes are not applicable to custom dye orders.
Import Duty and Taxes
As the buyer you are responsible for the any import duty and taxes applied by the country of destination. Please understand that this is non-negotiable and this is out of my control.
We will only use your email address, postage / billing address for communication with you and strictly with no other party.
All communication regarding orders and requests must be made via email. Please do not use social media for requests.
Gift vouchers are only redeemable in the webshop and not at in person events.
