Exploring the City of Romance

February's destination HAS to be Paris, the city of romance, exceptional cuisine, romantic bouquets of flowers and culture.

In colour, Paris is pink, blush, warmth, love, friendship and optimism.

We will met just as the sun rises and take to blissfully quiet streets perfect for exploring as the city a,wakes.  As the bakeries open their doors and the smell of fresh pastries,  bread and coffee tempt us, we can indulge in a little while we start walking.

Starting in Montmartre, home to Amelie, the Sacre Couer and the birthplace of Impressionism art we’ll take the steps at the start of a magical day.  Check your yarn label for our meeting point.

We will walk to Ameilie's cafe, Le Deux Moulins and rest a while and enjoy the chatter and enjoy the Amelie memorabilia in the cafe.

We’ll take in the views from the rooftop of Galleries Lafeyette, Eiffel Tower to the Arc de Triomphe.  Beware of Villanelle, she's not far of our path!

As we walk past the Moulin Rouge and onwards, we will walk through the beautiful flower market where I saw the most gorgeous roses a couple of years ago.  These roses inspired your yarn colourway - the epitome of French Romanticism.

Then it’s time for café culture perfect for outdoor knitting, people watching, yarn stores, the language of love and tasting the world's most delicious culinary delights, it’s ours for a magical experience.

We will walk from the North of the city to the South, ending with dancing in the Latin Quarter at night. Don't forget to listen to your playlist as the music takes us from North to South and old to new. Enjoy!

Your itinerary for a perfect day with friends.
